Each softgel provides a balanced formula: 10 mg Lutein and 2 mg Zeaxanthin from Marigold extract (Macu-Lz®), 300 mg DHA and 60 mg EPA in triglyceride form, complemented by Zinc and Copper in bisglycinate, Selenium as L-selenomethionine, and Vitamins E and B2. With Zinc and Riboflavin that contribute to the maintenance of normal vision, and with Vitamin E, Selenium and Riboflavin that protect cells from oxidative stress. DHA contributes to the maintenance of normal vision, particularly beneficial for those who spend many hours in front of screens.
