1. What are the benefits of subscribing?
By subscribing to your favorite Zenement products, you enjoy a 10% discount on every recurring order, and you ensure you never run out. Forget about having to manually purchase every time. You will receive your order automatically right when you need it to continue your Zen routine.
2. How does the subscription work?
It's very simple: when buying a product, select the "Subscription" option and the delivery frequency (e.g., every month or every two months). We take care of the rest and will automatically send you the product based on the chosen frequency. The charge will be made automatically to your chosen payment method.
3. Is there any minimum commitment?
There is no mandatory commitment; you can modify your plan at any time. However, please note that if you cancel your subscription before the second shipment, you will lose your recurring customer benefits, which means you might not have access to this 10% discount for future activations.
4. I have too much product at home, do I have to cancel the subscription?
Not at all! If you are going on vacation or still have product left, you can skip the next delivery from your account. This way, you keep your 10% discount and will receive your order again whenever you decide.
5. Can I bring forward or delay the date of my next order?
Of course! You have total control over when you receive your products. From the "Subscriptions" section in your customer account, you can do both:
- To delay it: If you still have plenty of product or are going away, you can change the next order date to a later one or choose the "Skip next delivery" option (to skip that month).
- To bring it forward: If you have run out of product early, you can modify your next delivery date by choosing an earlier date so we can process it as soon as possible.
6. How do I manage my subscription (Change my details or Pause)?
You can manage everything from your customer area. You just need to:
- Log in to our website (by clicking on the user icon).
- Click on the "Subscriptions" section (or the "Manage subscription" link).
- From there, you can update your address, change your payment method, or pause the subscription.
7. Will you notify me before the next charge?
Yes. You will receive an automatic email a few days before your next recurring order is processed, giving you time to make changes if needed.
8. How can I permanently cancel my subscription?
If you decide you no longer want to receive recurring orders, you can cancel your subscription at any time by following these steps:
- Log in to your account from the website's user icon.
- Go to the "Subscriptions" section.
- Click on the active subscription you wish to cancel.
- Select the "Close" option, and the "Cancel subscription" option will appear. Click the button to cancel permanently. (Remember that if you cancel before the second shipment, you will lose access to the 10% discount. If you just need a break, we recommend using the "Pause" or "Skip next order" option from the same panel).
