Content per dose (1 softgel): Black Cumin Oil (Nigella sativa, cold-pressed) 200 mg, Peppermint Essential Oil (Mentha piperita, 40% menthol, 20% menthone) 200 mg, Cinnamon Leaf Essential Oil (Cinnamomum zeylanicum) 50 mg, Ginger Essential Oil (Zingiber officinale) 50 mg, Natural Vitamin E (as D-alpha-Tocopherol) 3.4 mg (28% NRV*).
Other ingredients: softgel capsule (bovine gelatin, glycerol).

Take 1 softgel daily, preferably with a meal.

Our Peppermint Oil combines essential oils of Peppermint, Cinnamon and Ginger with cold-pressed Black Cumin Oil. Each softgel provides a high concentration of pure ingredients.
The Peppermint Oil, standardised to 40% menthol and 20% menthone, is complemented by Cinnamon, Ginger and Black Cumin Oils.

Food supplements should not be used as substitutes for a varied and balanced diet. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of young children. Store in a cool, dry place away from sunlight.
Not recommended for pregnant or breastfeeding women, or for individuals under 18. People under medical treatment should consult their doctor.
Not recommended in cases of gastro-oesophageal reflux, peptic ulcer, gastritis, biliary or liver disorders.
Do not use if allergic to cinnamon, Peru balsam or menthol.
Do not consume for more than 14 consecutive days. Do not combine with other products containing mint.
