The time of day will vary depending on the benefit you wish to obtain. To improve mood, we recommend taking 1-2 capsules in the morning with breakfast. If you need to sleep better, we recommend taking 1-2 capsules in the evening with dinner.

Griffonia extract can interact with so-called selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors (SSRIs) such as Citalopram (Celexa), Escitalopram (Lexapro), Fluoxetine (Prozac), Paroxetine (Paxil, Pexeva), Sertraline (Zoloft), among others. If you are taking any of these medications, it is not advisable to take this product.
