Akkermansia Muciniphila Complex brings together 30 billion TFU of Akkermansia muciniphila MucT™ (type strain ATCC BAA-835T) in its pasteurised form with Polyphenols from Pomegranate (Pomanox®, 30% Punicalagins), Grape Seed (95% OPC) and Bilberry, plus encapsulated Calcium Butyrate (ButiShield®). A single intake combines pasteurised Akkermansia and polyphenol-rich plant extracts.
The strain is pasteurised, a stable form that needs no refrigeration, and its potency is expressed in TFU (Total Fluorescent Units), the unit that reflects the actual cell count. The formula includes Chromium, Zinc and Vitamin D3 in their more bioavailable forms: Picolinate, Bisglycinate and Cholecalciferol.
Vitamin B2 (riboflavin) contributes to the maintenance of normal mucous membranes. Zinc contributes to normal metabolism of fatty acids and to normal carbohydrate metabolism. And Chromium contributes to the maintenance of normal blood glucose levels.
It is formulated with no unnecessary additives, no magnesium stearate and no silicon dioxide, non-GMO, gluten-free, lactose-free and soya-free.
