Ingredients per serving (2 softgels): Evening Primrose (Oenothera biennis) Oil (Cold Pressed, 10% GLA) 2000mg, Vitamin E (as D-Alpha Tocopherol) 26.8mg (40 IU, 224% NRV*). Other ingredients: softgel (gelatin, glycerin). *NRV: Nutrient Reference Value.

Take 1-2 softgels daily with a meal.
