What is the Zenement Club?
The Zenement Club is our way of rewarding our valued customers for their loyalty. Members earn points (Zens) on every purchase, which can be redeemed for discounts, exclusive products, and other exciting rewards.
How do I join the Zenement Club?
Joining the Zenement Club is easy and free! There are two ways:
1) if you have already done or do first purchase on our web site you will be automatically become a member.
2) If you have not yet done any purchase yet you can simply sign up from this page.
You'll start earning points right away.
How do I earn Zens?
Earn Zens with every online purchase you make at Zenement.com. The amount of Zens per purchase depends on your level:
CALM: 8 Zens for every euro spent
HARMONY: 10 Zens for every euro spent
FULLNESS: 12 Zens for every euro spent
And earn extra Zens with the following actions:

100 Zens for following us on TikTok
500 Zens as a birthday gift
How can I check my Zens balance?
You can check your Zens balance by logging into your Zenement's customer account.
Do my Zens expire?
Zens are valid for 6 months from the date they are earned. Every time you do a purchase on Zenement this 6 month expiry date is renewed automatically.
You will be notified via email before your Zens expire, so you have the chance to use them before they do.
Can I use my Zens on online purchases?
Yes. Your Zens can be redeemed for discount coupons (or a gift card) that you can then apply to your purchase. To get started, log in to your Zenement customer account.
How do I redeem my Zens?
To redeem your Zens:
1. Log in to your Zenement customer account.
2. In the rewards section, choose the coupon you want and click "Redeem".
3. A discount code will appear, and you will also receive it by email.
4. Enter that code in your shopping cart at checkout.
Each coupon has a minimum spend requirement, which you will see indicated for each reward.
What if I return an item?
If you return an item, the Zens earned from that purchase will be deducted from your account. If you used Zens to make the purchase, those Zens will be refunded to your account.
How do I upgrade or downgrade on the different Tier Levels?
Your level depends on the Zens you accumulate:
· CALM: Initial level.
· HARMONY: Upon reaching 2,500 Zens.
· FULLNESS: Upon reaching 8,500 Zens.
The higher your level, the more Zens you earn per purchase and the more benefits you unlock. If you redeem Zens and your balance falls below your level's threshold, you will be downgraded to the next lower level.
How do entry rewards to HARMONY & FULLNESS Levels work?
When you level up for the first time, you receive Zens as a bonus:
· 500 Zens upon reaching HARMONY for the first time.
· 1,500 Zens upon reaching FULLNESS for the first time.
These Zens are awarded only once. If you level down and later level up again, they will not be awarded again.
