Delivery and transportation costs

BITIO PROJECT, SL only ships to: Peninsula, Balearic Islands, Europe

Shipping costs and delivery times are calculated in the shopping cart based on the products and place of delivery.

In the event that the customer wants the delivery of the product at a time that differs from the schedules established by the courier company or requires express shipping, the price should be consulted in advance by contacting BITIO PROJECT, SL.

Right of withdrawal, returns and claims

The buyer will have a minimum period of fourteen calendar days to withdraw, from the day the customer receives the product, without penalty and without indication of the reasons.

The exercise of the right of withdrawal must be carried out by telephone communication to +34690633290, by contacting email support@zenement.com, sending its letter to our postal address C/ SALUT 51, 08202 SABADELL, BARCELONA, or through the withdrawal form.

The refund, if applicable, will be made using the same payment method as the purchase.

In accordance with Article 103 of Law 3/2014, of 27 March amending the consolidated text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users, supplies of services or goods made in accordance with consumer specifications or clearly personalized, or which, by their nature, cannot be returned or may deteriorate or expire quickly, are exempt from withdrawal.

Return and transportation costs

If you wish to return a product, the management of such return will be carried out by the customer and the cost of the return will be borne by the customer.

In any case, the products to be returned must be in perfect condition, unused and in their original packaging. It is therefore requested that, in order to avoid transport problems, ensure that the package is properly protected and sealed. Once received, we will check your status. At the time we check that both the item, as well as the possible components, accessories, promotional gifts and documentation, are complete and in perfect condition, we will proceed to return the money paid.

Order cancellation

If the order reversal arrives before the goods issue, the customer will have no charges. In the case of a cancellation after the departure of the order, the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs, as well as the return costs of this same order.

Applicable law and competent jurisdiction.

The interpretation and enforcement of the conditions, as well as all acts resulting therein, shall be subject to Spanish law, unless there are provisions of public policy contrary to this.
