It is recommended to take a maximum of 3 months, followed by a break of 2 months.

What is the maximum recommended dose?

We recommend 1 capsule daily half an hour before bedtime, since in Spain doses of more than 2 mg Melatonin daily are considered as medication. Although in other countries, such as the USA, the maximum limit is higher (10 mg).

Is it fast or slow release?

Our capsules should be taken about 30 minutes before going to sleep, i.e. they exert their effects in just half an hour.

What is its origin?

Our melatonin is of synthetic origin.
