Our Magnesium contains the ingredient Magnesium Citrate Buffered, an ingredient obtained by adding an excess of magnesium oxide to citric acid, obtaining a citrate salt with 30% elemental magnesium, with higher bioavailability than magnesium oxide and providing more elemental magnesium per tablet than regular magnesium citrate.

es solo magnesio

La cantidad de pastillas que van en el bote le da todas las estrellas ya que por el precio sale muy bien, pero solo es magnesio, normalmente este tipo de pastillas vienen con colageno o alguna vitamina, pero en este solo hay el magnesio.

Se queda pegado a la garganta

El comprimido suelta un polvo que se queda pegado a la garganta. Hay que tragarlo con mucha agua y procurar que toque lo menos posible dentro de tu boca o garganta. Lo sujeto con los dientes antes de introducirlo en la boca y el proceso de tragarlo debe ser muy rápido: soltarlo dentro de la boca, beber mucha agua y tragar lo más rápido que se pueda. Es desagradable el proceso para mí. No volveré a comprar.
