What kind of maca is and where does it come from?

We work with the species lepidium meyenii native to Peru, known as Maca. Within this species there is talk of different colors according to the external color of the root, in our case it is yellow maca.

What is the recommended daily dose?

1 capsule should be taken a day because it is a concentrated extract (each capsule contains the equivalent of 4000mg of maca root root per capsule). We advise you to take them preferably with a meal if you have a sensitive stomach.

Should we make any breaks from the shots?

Yes, it is advisable to make rest periods. For example, take in periods between 12 and 16 weeks, and then make a break of 2-3 weeks. Another alternative is to pause one week every 3 weeks, and a little longer every 3 months.
