    Ingredients per softgel: Omega 3 Wild Fish oil (35% EPA, 25% DHA) 450mg, Astaxanthin-rich oleoresin from Haematococcus pluvialis algae (10% Natural Astaxanthin) 50mg, of which natural Astaxanthin 5mg. Other ingredients: softgel (gelatin, glycerin).

    Take 1 softgel daily with breakfast.

    It is recommended to take a maximum of 3 months, followed by a break of 2 months.
