WHAT IS LIONS MANE: Lions mane mushroom also known as Hericium erinaceus is a very popular food supplement and has been used for many hundreds of years. We use a high strength 6:1 extract of lion's mane which provides 50% Polysaccharides and 15% Beta-Glucanes compared to other brands of lion's mane supplement which provides a lower dosage.
LIONS MANE SUPPLEMENT 50% POLYSACCHARIDES AND 15 BETA-GLUCNSES: Produced from 100% fruiting lion's mane mushroom bodies (not the mycelium), the extraction process preserves the diverse phytochemicals, including beneficial beta-glucans, hericenones, and other nutrients. Standardized to 50% beta-glucan-rich polysaccharides content.

Ingredients per capsule: Organic Lion's Mane (Hericium erinaceus) fruiting body extract (6:1, 50% Polysaccharides, 15% beta-Glucans) 500mg*. Other ingredients: vegetable capsule (HPMC). *Equivalent to 3000mg of mushroom.

Take 1 capsule daily.

It is recommended to take a maximum of 3 months, followed by a break of 2 months.
