    Is it better to take it on an empty stomach, along with the food or after eating?

    It is advisable to take them on an empty stomach, before meals (at least half an hour before), or more than 3 hours after you have eaten to increase their absorption. It is important to keep in mind that if you take it before going to sleep, you can influence sleep.

    Turmeric extracts are generally taken in a dose of 200 to 400 mg per day, however, there is no officially recommended dose. Our capsules contain 300 mg of extract, next to 100 mg of fuking powder.

    Each capsule contains 300 mg of Turmeric root extract with a 20:1 concentration, which provides 95% curcuminoids and 80% curcumin.
