    Ingredients per serving (2 capsules): Griffonia simplicifolia powder 600mg, L-Tryptophan 300mg, Saffron extract (from Crocus sativus, 2% Safranal) 60mg, Zinc (as Zinc Bisglycinate) 10mg (100% NRV*), Vitamin B6 (as Pyridoxine) 2.8mg (200% NRV*), Vitamin B12 (as Methylcobalamin) 5µg (200% NRV*).     Take 1-2 capsules daily.

    It is recommended to take a maximum of 3 months, followed by a break of 2 months.

    When should you take this product?

    The time of day will vary depending on the benefit you wish to obtain. To improve mood, we recommend taking 1-2 capsules in the morning with breakfast. If you need to sleep better, we recommend taking 1-2 capsules in the evening with dinner.

    Can I take this product if I am taking any other medication?

    Griffonia extract can interact with so-called selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors (SSRIs) such as Citalopram (Celexa), Escitalopram (Lexapro), Fluoxetine (Prozac), Paroxetine (Paxil, Pexeva), Sertraline (Zoloft), among others. If you are taking any of these medications, it is not advisable to take this product.
