    Should you take the capsules on an empty stomach or with a meal?

    Our probiotic is contained gastor resistant capsules, so it endures stomach acid and releases its intestine content. For this reason, you can take both fasting and meals.

    The proactiflora premium, unlike proactiflora, contains more bacterial strains, specifically 30; and extra components such as butyrate (Corebiome®), a short chain fatty acid that acts as a post -biotic, reinforcing the integrity of the mucosa and the intestinal epithelium, and the zinc, which contributes to the normal functioning of the immune system.

    As they are gastrosisant capsules, it is not recommended to take it without the capsule, since the stomach acid pH could kill bacterial strains
