Ingredients per tablet: Zinc Bisglycinate 125mg (providing Zinc 25mg, 250% NRV*). Other ingredients: bulking agent (microcrystalline cellulose). *NRV: Nutrient Reference Value.

Take 1 tablet daily, preferably with a meal.
It is recommended to take a maximum of 3 months, followed by a break of 2 months.
